Otautahi-based Volts are a dynamic alternative rock band. Comprised of four fiercely talented individuals, they have a sound that can be best described as emotive powerhouse rock.
Volts have performed throughout New Zealand at some of country’s best events and festivals including The Rock 2000 @ Spark Arena, Shihad’s Farewell Tour, Electric Avenue and Homegrown Festival.
Volts are turning up the volume with an exclusive vinyl release of their debut album, released nationwide on Friday 13th June.
With a powerful collection of tracks that showcases the band's distinctive sound, this album marks a major milestone in their musical journey.
The record includes a mix of earlier material as well as recently released singles including the radio hits Make Up Your Mind & System Failure. This album offers listeners a full-throttle journey through the band’s signature sound. It’s high energy, emotive, and relentlessly alive.
