Lara Buchanan makes music for late-night drives and quiet reckonings. Based in Melbourne, Australia, the emerging singer-songwriter blends sharp rock edges with anthemic pop hooks, crafting a soundscape as vivid as it is raw.
Unpacking themes of nostalgia, existential dread, and the chaotic freedom of young adulthood, her tracks hit with visceral emotional honesty. Fresh off selling out headline shows in both Melbourne and Sydney and backed by the viral success of her breakout single "Gold" (surpassing 2.7 million streams) she delivers a distinctive edge both sonically and lyrically.
